« I've got a lifelong history visiting New Smyrna Beach (NSB). I wanted a place where I could wake up and look at the ocean without going outside, and walk onto the beach. I knew this building was once a hotel, it looks like it. I wanted a simple, clean, usable place to stay a week and introduce my new partner to NSB.
