Our family really loved our short stay here at Coastal Waters! We were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the condo was with towels, beach chairs, and many dry good items in the kitchen. It was nicely decorated as well and we did not see any bugs. We also liked the little balcony with places to sit outside. This unit had the ability to use the air condition or catch the ocean breeze through the windows. Getting to this second floor unit was a little tricky at first, but we found the easiest path eventually. Great ocean views and pool space was enjoyable as well. We came during Spring Break looking for a place that wouldn't be too crazy with the party crowd and this place was just perfect! The owner was quick to respond about questions as well. No loud music pumping 24/7 like at other rentals we have tried. We loved being able to just walk across the street to the delicious taco stand for dinner and ice cream. My sister and I came to NSB to celebrate our birthdays and had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, spacious, well stocked and beautifully decorated. There is a really nice green space with grills and picnic tables, and the pool is amazing when its not too crowded. The beach is gorgeous!! The only thing I would suggest is better instructions on the keys. It was very difficult to get the key box open and then closed again. And nothing was said about needing a key to get through the gate to the beach. But overall a great place! The only reason I would not come back is that there is no elevator and we had to make 2 trips up and down stairs with our bags. I have arthritis in my feet so I was feeling it afterwards. ##### Susan H.
