I was very impressed with this hotel. Spa and pool where definitely the best part and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for everything. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The hotel was great. Well maintained, clean and the room was spacious and had everything you needed.
The staff were very polite and helpful.
I would highly recommend staying here to visit Gdansk as very well situated for the old town.
Loved the spa - had it to ourselves mid-afternoon for two days. Breakfast also very good. Service all good - and a great location for walking into Gdansk. We had a small balcony too which was actually really nice to sit and read on. All in all a really good stay - thank you
Amazing hotel in a super convenient location a short 2 minute walk to the riverfront. Staff were excellent in every way. Took my wife there for a birthday surprise and they organised prosecco to the room. I wish we stayed more than 2 nights and will be going back if visit gdansk again
Nice quiet location few minute walk from restaurants and attractions. Family Studio room was very spacious & stylish with a comfortable bed & nice balcony (though view was just of courtyard and other buildings). Great breakfast with large selection. Water dispenser down the hall was a nice touch to cut down on bottled water usage.
Rooms are really nice and clean. Lots of room for luggage etc. On check in the lady didn’t explain pool opening times or how to access, but next day staff was happy to help and explain.
The location is 10/10. Literally round the corner from the main square. Lots of great restaurants surrounding the area as well.
The room was pretty big and clean, and all the staffs were kind and helpful. There were little convenience stores around, so it was easy to grab some snacks at the night.
Great location, helpful staff. Well equipped including water dispensers on each floor and an iron and ironing board in the room.
My only bug bear was the lack of a spin dryer for swimming costumes in the pool changing room, and a slightly overpriced breakfast. Otherwise perfect :-)
Very clean hotel, staff were mainly friendly except for one grumpy / rude lady who was on reception at the spa. The pool area is lovely but can get noisy and busy. All in all we would definitely return.
Great accommodation, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely book again - I just wish breakfast had more gluten-free options at the buffet so you don’t have to bother staff to find you some
