Enjoy any of the several local wineries, or make it an adventurous vacation by taking advantage of all the outdoor activities the mountains have to offer from biking, hiking, tubing and rafting, to scenic driving, shopping, or visiting one of the location events, amusement parks and more! If you decide to leave your mountain paradise you will find you are not far from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Hiking at Greenbriar, or all downtown Gatlinburg has to offer. You are also a short back road drive away from the heart of Pigeon Forge where you can enjoy Dollywood, Dolly's Stampede, or Beyond the Lens. So no matter what you are looking for in a vacation. This amazing log cabin is located away from the hustle and bustle, but not too far out. Trolley Rides One of the best and most efficient ways to get around Gatlinburg is by using the Gatlinburg Trolley system. Uber, Lyft and maybe a Taxi It is possible to book an Uber or Lyft but not guaranteed. You can also find taxis in the area. Another easy and fun way to get out and see the city is by renting a scooter! Kids and adults alike think that this is a great way to explore the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. The road is very narrow and is hard to travel when it is more than one car on the road. The only TV that we could get to stay on was in the bedroom. The hot tub was nice and the bed sleep good. We had a great stay here, the view was beautiful the cabin was clean and lovely we had no issues at all for the 4 nights we stayed and there was even a cute little cat family that stopped by ◡̈ the pool table was a little uneven and cramped but we were still able to use it. There are neighbors right across the street but it still felt nice and private. There is a bathtub right in the middle of the main floor, so unless its just you and your wife or whatever, you cannot take a bath per se and have any sense of privacy. The wifi was super slow, so much that we could not use it. The TV in the main bedroom worked the first night but not the next morning. Again all because of the slow wifi. The deck railing was super loose so we could not lean on it. The mattress, well all of them were super uncomfortable to say the least. It was like sleeping on a few blankets piled on top. The game system, the floor model, did not work at all. I tried various plugs but nothing. Some of the plugs did not work either. So yeah, not a good time. So much so we left after one night. Yeah we wasted money on this place. I will not go back to this cabin nor can I recommend it to anyone else. Oh yeah, the back door, that leads to the deck, the top lock would not latch so we did not feel safe at all. ##### Paul M.
