Great hotel , next to down town to walk to all the events, restaurants, and fun. Clean , breakfast good and coffee hot . Pool and hot. Tub worked well they just need some work because parts are falling off . The fire ants well they were out . Got to see a black bear! Lots of parking .

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Gatlinburg, TN, and really enjoyed how conveniently located it was—easy access to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. The staff were courteous and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and parking was simple to get in and out of. During our stay, a large black bear wandered through the parking area, but the manager stayed calm and handled the situation very well, making sure everyone was safe. Thankfully, no one was hurt, and the rest of our visit was peaceful and enjoyable.

Good location on the parkway. Easy walking distance to all the businesses and right next to the national park entrance roads. There was a bear that wandered the hotel grounds, which our family found neat, but obviously there is a need for caution.

Wonderful staff. Free breakfast. Great location to walk the strip. Only issue, seems to happen a lot lately. Leave 10am, come back at 4, no house keeping. Had to get fresh towels from lobby. All I want from place is dump garbage and fresh towels. I dumper own trash

Pet fee was a bit high. Also what's with the parking fee? Plenty of parking was available. But the place was nice and clean. We had a room facing the parking lot with a private balcony. The room was quiet. Beds are super comfortable. The shower has good water pressure. The staff were top notch. The included breakfast had a good variety, including eggs, meat and potatoes. Coffee available all day. The sparkling pool and hot tub were perfectly maintained. The location was perfect for walking to the strip and close to many good restaurants. Also a short 5 minute walk to the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park which has a nice 2 mile walking trail along a crystal clear stream. I give it 2 thumbs up. If I had more thumbs they would be up also.
