The check in staff were super friendly but it took awhile at night to get bedding for the sofa. We almost got stuck in the garage elevator. No sign on the parking garage level only on ground level. And it was $55 for parking! But the location was perfect. Right next to the bridge to see the bats or walk along the lake. Walking distance to restaurants and bars.
