The entire ground floor is dedicated to the spacious living room  
with access to the garden and pool, to the kitchen, modern and  
fully equipped (nespresso coffee machine, oven,  
microwave, large fridge, toaster, etc.) A wide  
gym and a bathroom with shower  
  
The upper floor of the house is where all the  
rooms, there are a total of 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms  
plus 2 with bathtub and the other with shower  
It also has a nice solarium with a hammock  
for relaxing afternoons
