Jane is wonderful to work with. The house is located conveniently to everything in the Garner area and not far from downtown Raleigh, We stayed here while our son was performing in a play at Spiritual Twist Productions which is less than a mile away so it was perfect for us and made it so nice to be close to that as well as all the stores and restaurants. This house was perfect for us- about 10-15 minutes from campus and our son's apartment. We had 4 adults, which included two grandparents, one with visual impairment and both with mobility issues. The house was all on one level (one small step to enter and a slightly larger step to go on the screened porch). The house was not cluttered; after about 24 hours, our visually impaired grandmother could freely move about independently. The house was clean and very comfortable. We had plenty of room, and the neighborhood felt safe. We enjoyed the screened porch and spent most evenings out there as well as enjoying morning coffee. While we did not cook, other than quick breakfasts and snacks, the kitchen was well stocked, and we could've easily prepared meals. It was nice to have plenty of sitting room and comfortable beds. The master bath had a walk-in shower, so that was helpful with the grandparents. Both bathrooms had plenty of space. Internet speed was great. We had about 5 devices on the internet at any given time and streamed a few things on the TV. Jane was readily available and responded to our messages. In fact, one grandmother left her raincoat after we checked out, and Jane met up with our son the next day to ensure it was returned. The all-season porch was especially nice and I loved having a desk area in the kitchen. The location was great and had so many conveniences nearby.
