"Poor breakfast options. We had to go elsewhere and pay for a better breakfast. I would not have minded paying more for a good breakfast at the hotel. One day they forgot to clean our room, they say because we had a no disturb sign at the door, bit this was not true."

"Hôtel à rénover dans zone commerciale en déclin. Proche de la rivière mais aucun accès. Aucune terrasse. Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres dans les chambres pour aérer. Chambres humides. Piscine petite, trouble et peu accueillante. Petit déjeuner très mauvais. A éviter"

"The breakfast was streamlined and the staff was great. Every person had a smile, positive attitude and went out of their way to help. Room was great. Spacious and clean. I was very impressed with our stay in Rockford. Kudos to Embassy Suites for excellent customer service."
