On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a large sofa and armchairs, a flat-screen satellite TV, a dining area, and a guest toilet. Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with an oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. From the French door, you can access the terraces with an outdoor dining table and the pool area, perfect for dining or gathering together. Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas spärlich für 10 Personen. (z.B. genau 10 Trinkgläser, 4 Weingläser und 2 Hefegläser). Lage ist super. Pool sehr schön und ausreichend. Es bietet ausreichend Platz (nur die Küche ist für 8-10 Personen etwas klein), der Pool ist groß und sauber und der Ausblick auf den See vom Obergeschoss aus ist wunderbar! Zu Fuß erreicht man in ca 10 Minuten den Ortskern, der viel Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet. ##### Anna H. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, der Pool reicht völlig aus und wird fast täglich gesäubert, die Lage ist Top (zu Fuß in 5 min. an der Promenade/Busbahnhof/Supermarkt). Das Haus war sauber, aufgeräumt und in einem gutem Zustand. Der Platz im Haus ist mehr als ausreichend. Fast allle Räume sind klimatisiert und und gut eingerichtet. Der Pool wirkt auf den Bildern zwar etwas größer, ist aber mehr als ausreichend.
