Casa Grazia is a small rural  estate  in a beautiful and  peaceful  setting and consists of just three villas, surrounded by a carefully maintained garden. The grounds offer a pleasant balance of sunny areas and shaded spots beneath tall trees, along with lawned spaces that are ideal for ball games and outdoor play. A particular highlight is the attractive shared swimming pool, which provides welcome refreshment on warm days and invites guests to relax and unwind. The calm atmosphere and intimate scale of the estate make Casa Grazia an excellent choice for a relaxing family holiday in the Tuscan countryside.



The medieval hilltop town of Gambassi Terme lies around six kilometres away and offers a good range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and other amenities. Named after its thermal springs and located along the historic Via Francigena, the town has played an important role over the centuries and was also a centre of glassmaking from the 13th century onwards. A permanent exhibition displays archaeological artefacts related to glass production in the Val d’Elsa. Wine lovers may wish to visit Fattoria La Torre, just 4.5 kilometres from Casa Grazia, where visitors can sample, amongst other fine wines, the famous white wine Vernaccia di San Gimignano. San Gimignano and Volterra are within easy reach, as are Pisa, Lucca and Florence for memorable day trips.

About the villa

Stalla was once the property’s horse stable and has been carefully transformed into a comfortable rustic villa. Two wide front windows allow natural light into the living area and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The cosy Tuscan style furnishings, enriched with many thoughtfully chosen details, give the interior a harmonious feel. In the bedrooms, colourful patterned floor tiles add distinctive character and charm.



The villa is located in the lower part of the communal gardens, where there is a neighbouring cottage, and it features its own furnished terrace.
