Located in the Chianti area, AGRITURISMO IL PINO is exactly at the center of a triangle of the Tuscan countryside formed by the cities of Florence, Siena and Pisa, which are 50 km away from us (Florence and Siena) and 60 km (Pisa) respectively . In the immediate vicinity there is the small town of Gambassi Terme (5 km) from where the famous Via Francigena passes. Also, in the surroundings you can also visit the villages of San Gimignano (20 km), Volterra (35 km), Certaldo (10 km), Montaione (12 km) Monteriggioni (35 km). If you want, in just over a car hour, you can also reach the beautiful sea of our Tyrrhenian coast. Every family that houses in our 3 apartments, will have its own private space preassigned in the pool area with deckchairs and sun umbrella. We provide for free all the household linen, for the bathroom and for the rooms (weekly change). The sea towel is not included. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property of AGRITURISMO IL PINO. At about 5/10 km away from the AGRITURISMO IL PINO you can easily find various supermarkets (Coop, Penny, Lidl, DPiù ', Eurospin). Inside our reception you can buy our own production Wine, Olive Oil, typical Tuscan Vinsanto, and eggs of our farm. The reception is open 24 hours (without staff) and you can buy these products at any time of the day or night in self-service. At the reception we provide all our guests a washing machine for your laundry. Each washing has a cost of 3 €. The detergent can be found next to the washing machine. You can dry your laundry using your apartment's clothesline. A iron can be found at your disposal in the reception. In the price of the apartments include electricity, water supply and bathroom linen supply (with weekly change), use of the swimming pool (for exclusive use of holiday apartments guests), free Wi-Fi and final cleaning of the 'flat. There was plenty of room and the place was immaculately clean when we arrived. The self service "shop" in the garden with the local wine was a bonus, and we enjoyed many aperitivo in the garden watching the stars! The view from the garden over the tuscan countryside was beautiful and we look forward to being back at some point. Le gite est conforme à nos attentes au milieu de la campagne toscane. le gite est confortable.la piscine est excellente juste devant le gite avec une température de l'eau exceptionnelle. Nous avons profité des produits de la ferme (huile, vins, légumes, œufs). 15 jours parfaits qui nous ont permis de redécouvrir la Toscane avec nos enfants. La maison est au bout d'un hameau (Catignano) au calme et facile d'accès au bout d'un chemin privé, facile à trouver avec les explications fournies. Très bel appartement très propre, décoré avec goût, au rdc côté piscine avec chambres vastes avec tout le confort attendu (literie, cuisine, salle de bain). Accueil charmant de Maurizio avec cadeau de bienvenu de spécialités locales. Bon conseils pour la visite de la région. Mise à disposition dans le local d'accueil d'huile d'olive, de vin, d'oeufs et autres productions locales pour des sommes modiques. Situation assez centrale pour visiter Florence, Sienne, Volterra, San Geminiano et la campagne Toscane. Bon restaurant (l'Antiqua Posta) à 4km avec réduction en venant de la part de la chambre d'hôtes (pizzas géantes, plats locaux, vin locaux) à un prix local (beaucoup d'italiens) - attention plats très copieux. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car la météo était trop fraîche. Belle vue sur la campagne environnante. Maurizio's apartment was a good size, really well equipped and spotlessly clean. We loved the pool and the local area - lots of pretty local towns to explore. The location is beautiful, with stunning views of the countryside. Maurizio was very responsive and helpful as a host. The pool and outside space was cleaned daily. Only thing I would mention to families with younger children is that there is no air con (fans instead) which our children struggled with in the height of summer, being British and not used to the heat! Der Kontakt mit Maurizio und seiner Familie war immer herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist angenehm geräumig und der permanente Zugang zu verschiedenen Kaffeesorten gleich gegenüber ein Genuss. Die eigenen Weine und das Öl sind hervorragend. Ausgezeichnet ist auch die Lage für Besichtigungen in den großen Städten Florenz und Siena mit dem Zug und den vielen kleineren mittelalterlichen Orten, um einfach mal zum Abendessen mit dem Auto hinzufahren. Genauso gut kann man von der Ferienwohnung aus wandern und radfahren oder einfach nur den Sternenhimmel genießen. ##### Christine G. You can stay here and never leave town and be happy. Mauritzio and his family have created a warm and welcome agriturismo. My family including an 18 mo old and 4 year old stayed for two weeks comfortably. The pool is magnificent and the view is absolutely stunning. We loved the farm fresh eggs, olive oil and wine at our fingertips. There are grocery stores within 15 min and a small cafe a 5 min drive. We took plenty of various day trips - to the beach, Lucca, Volterra san gimingano all within we reach. Mauritzio is like family now we will be back. ##### Becca M. Auch Maurizio mit gesamter Familie war als Gastgeber großartig. Seine Frau hat uns nach einer Autopanne selbstlos in einem 10km entfernten Ort abgeholt, dies ist nicht selbstverständlich und erntet daher sehr großen Dank von uns. Die Wohnung hat alles, was zu einem ausgedehnten Urlaub notwendig ist. Die Aussicht ist ebenfalls großartig, Blick in eine typisch toskanische Landschaft, auch wenn man im Pool entspannt.
