Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy

We thought we had booked a 4 bedroom villa but it was 4 rooms with on suites opening out onto a verandah by a small pool. Host appeared to be booking rooms individually.Communication through stayz with host was dreadful. Host didn’t reply to 3 messages over 24 hours. Had to ring stayz several times. When 3 of us arrived he said he had already booked 2 rooms and had no record of our booking. I think it was a language barrier. When with him face to face he was very nice and tried to accommodate us. Gave us a welcome drink.He tried to help us find alternate accommodation. It was also difficult for driver to find. Down small lanes and in amongst a residential area. Stayz were very good although I spent hours on the phone. I got a full refund.
