Belle maison au calme.

De beaux extérieurs plusieurs terrasses, une petite piscine charmante et un bon accueil, avec des produits régionaux. Bien située pour visiter le sud des Pouilles. Merci a Guianluca.

Terra e mare

Gianluca, il proprietario, ci ha accolti col tipico sorriso e calore pugliesi. Ci ha indicato le bellezze del luogo, e i ristoranti dove mangiare. La casa è come nelle fotografie, immersa nel verde e nella bella campagna salentina , ma comunque a pocha distanza dal mare ,dalle strade di comunicazione e dal paese.

Gezellig huis

Wij hebben een fijne week gehad in Casa Martilde. Gezellig huis met een grote tuin en heerlijk zwembadje. Communicatie met eigenaar verliep soepel. Hij informeerde regelmatig of alles naar wens was. Locatie dichtbij gezellige plaatsjes.

Eine wunderschöne erholsame Woche

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus (mit zwei angenehm kühlen Schlafzimmern im Souterrain) mit 2 Veranden, Swimmingpool und großzügigem abwechslungsreichen Anwesen - in absolut ruhiger Umgebung. WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. 2 Katzen haben uns morgens begrüßt. Der Besitzer Gianluca ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten und viele schöne Orte des Salento gut erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sowohl in Galatone als auch Nardò gegeben.

Casa Martilde

Wer Ruhe sucht ist in der Casa Martilde genau richtig. Supermarkt, Restaurants und Strand sind schnell erreichbar. Das Grundstück ist wirklich ruhig gelegen und hat viele kleine Oasen, insbesondere der neu angelegte Pool. Gianluca ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, total hilfbereit und aufmerksam. Grazie mille Gianluca per I'ottimo momento, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Traumhaftes Kleinod in der Natur

Gianluca hat hier erstaunliches umgesetzt. Das Anwesen ist traumhaft schön! Die Schlafbereiche sind schön kühl, auch bei über 30° Außentemperatur. Das Haus ist schöner und besser ausgestattet als auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche auf diesem traumhaften Anwesen und werden wieder kommen. Gianluca ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er hatte sogar einen Freund mitgebracht der ins englische übersetzt hatte. Aber auch so ist Gianluca immer über WhatsApp erreichbar und hat sich toll um uns gekümmert. Vielen Dank Gianluca!

Haus,Grundstück,Lage perfekt.Wir kommen auf jedem Fall wieder ❤️

Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.Das Haus und Grundstück liegt in einer traumhaften ruhigen lange.Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.Der Außen Bereich ist wunderschön mit vielen kleinen gemütlichen Ecken.Der Vermieter ist ein ganz lieber hilfsbereiter Mensch.Wir haben alles bekommen was wir brauchten.Danke dafür 😊😘Das Meer liegt drei Kilometer entfernt.Sehr zentrale Lage.Es war ein wunderschöner Platz um den Urlaub genießen zu können.Kommen gerne wieder🤗

Wunderbare Ruhe im Olivenhain

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame sonnige Woche Ende Oktober. Da es nicht einfach zu finden ist, wurden wir von Paolo im nächsten Ort abgeholt und bekamen gleich ein Glas selbstgemachten Honig geschenkt! Toll! Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Garten ist wunderbar und es gibt für jeden Sonnenstand die richtige Sitzecke. Man ist schnell am Meer und abends sind wir meist ins ca. 4 Kilometer entfernete und bezaubernde Nardò gefahren, wo es tolle Restaurants gibt.

Esperienza fantastica

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 adulti presso Casa Martilde, nelle due settimane centrali di Agosto. La casa è esattamente come viene illustrata nella descrizione. I principali punti di forza sono risultati essere la posizione strategica (ottima per visitare il Salento e le sue splendide spiagge), gli spazi esterni che la caratterizzano ed il contesto naturalistico nella quale è ubicata (relax e tranquillità sono assicurati). La cucina è perfettamente attrezzata, le camere sono spaziose ed i bagni completi di tutto. Anche la pulizia degli ambienti è risultata ottima. Il valore aggiunto della nostra fantastica esperienza è stata la serietà, gentilezza ed estrema disponibilità dei proprietari. Gianluca, suo padre Benito e tutta la sua famiglia li porteremo per sempre nel cuore per tutto quello che hanno fatto per noi nel corso del soggiorno. Persone come loro rendono onore alla Puglia ed all'ospitalità pugliese. Speriamo di tornarci presto!!! CONSIGLIASSIMO

Bellissima casa!

Abbiamo soggiornato tre settimane in questa casa meravigliosa, costruita con il cuore. La magnifica posizione lontana dal caos, immersa in un giardino meraviglioso e curato, regala quiete, silenzio e tramonti suggestivi. Si trova a pochi km dalle più belle spiagge di sabbia e di scogli del Salento. La casa è così fresca che si rinuncia all'aria condizionata, che comunque è presente in ogni stanza. Tutto l'arredo è di buon gusto e la cucina offre tutto il necessario, non abbiamo dovuto chiedere nulla. Le camere da letto, di cui una con il bagno adiacente, sono molto ampie e fresche, soprattutto i letti sono comodissimi!! La cosa più bella è stata il silenzio che ha reso la qualità del sonno eccezionale. Al nostro arrivo la casa era perfettamente pulita. A rendere indimenticabile la nostra vacanza sono state le piacevoli conversazioni con Tiberio, la gentile presenza di Angelica e la simpatica compagnia del Sig. Benito che ci ha deliziato con i frutti della loro terra. Gianluca il proprietario di casa, è una persona squisita, molto gentile e sempre disponibile a dare utilissimi suggerimenti sulle spiagge o gite da fare. Gianluca ha il dono dell'ospitalità, fa sentire gli ospiti i benvenuti nella sua casa. Non possiamo immaginare di tornare nel Salento se non in questa bellissima casa. Monica

Positiv hervorzuheben sind insbesondere * die äußerst zuvorkommenden und flexiblen Gastgeber, Elisa und Gianluca; * die ruhige Lage; * die zentrale Lage innerhalb des Salento; * die Nähe zu den schönsten Stränden des Salento; * die hervorragende (Küchen-)Ausstattung des Ferienhauses; * das tolle Bad im (Eltern-)Schlafzimmer; * das hervorragend funktionierende WLAN. Maison très agréable au calme complet

Maison placée en pleine campagne, au calme complet, permettant de profiter au maximum de son extérieur que ce soit au soleil ou à l'ombre (plusieurs terrasses, couvertes ou non). Maison fonctionnelle où rien ne nous a manqué. La localisation est très bien pour rayonner dans le Salento. Très bon accueil.

Maison agréable et accueil parfait

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très propre et très pratique. Le jardin et les extérieurs sont particulièrement beaux et agréable. C'est parfait pour de longs repas en famille et se reposer tout en étant à proximité de Gallipoli et de toutes les villes de la région. Surtout l'accueil a vraiment été parfait et tout a été fait pour nous aider.

Magnifique propriété dans les oliviers

Maison très propre et bien équipée avec deux très belles et grandes chambres (dont une avec une salle de bain neuve), dans la campagne à 20 minutes de Gallipoli et 10 minutes de la mer. Jardin particulièrement agréable. Calme absolu. Très bon accueil. Propriétaires aux petits soins. Propriété à recommander. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un endroit où on se sent tout de suite chez soi.

Angolo di paradiso a pochi km dal mare

Dopo una settimana in giro per il Salento raggiungere Casa Martilde è stato davvero un sogno. La casa ha le dimensioni giuste, la cucina è super attrezzata, le camere ampie e fresche, il giardino una chicca. Ho più volte utilizzato il comodissimo barbecue e goduto di tramonti stupendi in mezzo agli ulivi. Gianluca è una persona attenta, discreta e sempre disponibile e non posso dimenticare di ringraziare Tiberio. Spero di tornare presto in questo piccolo angolo di Salento lontano dai rumori cittadini.

Natura e tranquillità

Villino immerso in un giardino stupendo curato in ogni dettaglio, dove regna pace e silenzio, vale da solo il soggiorno. La casa è dotata di ogni accessorio possiate desiderare. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e amichevoli. Il sig. Benito ci ha riforniti di frutta e verdura fresche.

J ai passé un sejour fantastique. Petite villa au milieu des oliviers, des figuiers, legumes, fruits etc. Silence total. Relax puissance 10! J etais avec un couple d amis. Chacun sa chambre et sa salle de bain. A 10 min en voiture de la mer. Excellent point de depart pour visiter les pouilles et plus particulièrement le salento. Nous reviendrons sans hesiter.

Perfekter urlaub

Vielen Dank für 2 wunderschöne Wochen im Casa Martilda. Im Haus war wirklich alles vorhanden was man zum Leben so braucht. Unsere Kinder haben den großen und toll gepflegten Garten genossen. Wir kommen jederzeit sehr sehr gerne wieder! Nochmal vielen lieben Dank Gian-Luca, dir und deiner Familie für den tollen Urlaub und den super netten Kontakt zwischen uns!
