You can enjoy cooking in a brand-new kitchen and appliances and watch your favourite team on a 65 inch TV  
Perfect home for travelling enjoying games ,celebrating graduation or just fun Family vacation  
11min from UF the house location centred for Gainesville restaurants, bars, games, University and more…  
The home included three bedroom, two bath, spacious, living area washer, and dryer  
The space  
Vacation home away from home each room. Have a cosy feeling two bedroom with a queen size bed, master bedroom with a king-size bed with private double sink bathroom and 58 inch TV the guest bathroom with double sink as well  
Big comfy sectional couch in the living room, big dining table, feet for a nice family dinner Newly renovated, kitchen with stainless steel appliances private yard with a great size pool for you to enjoy  
Guest access  
Once the house rented, you have access to the entire house, the pool  
The backyard completely fenced you can utilise washer and dryer in the garage from inside of the house please read the house rule to know which areas can be a potential hazard to guest. Thank you  
Other things to note  
We have a weekly maintenance routine for the Pool and Yard. We will let you know before they arrive. There is an extra fee for more than six people per person per night of $45  
Please place all used towels and sheets inside laundry basket prior to leaving
