This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. We had a great stay at this Gainesville property! Location was terrific- quick 10 minutes to UF campus. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We did wish the hot tub had been working during our stay, but the property management company was responsive and did their best to help troubleshoot the issue. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and we would happily book again!
