If you’re looking to explore it’s also very close to I75 and 30 minutes from Ginny Springs and lots of outdoor adventure. COMFORTS OF HOME: It really is the small details that will make your stay comfortable. The little amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry and dish soaps, plenty of toiletries and coffee are provided! There is both a keurig and a drip coffee maker. If there is something that would enhance your stay you recommend I add, I would love to consider it! FREE PARKING (and plenty of it). There are two free parking spaces in front of the home as well as open-street parking for guests if needed directly in front of the home. BEDROOMS: One of the most important parts of your home away from home is a good night’s rest! Each of the beds have hotel-quality white linens and at least four pillows. Each bedroom also has its own fan (FL necessity!) for your comfort. Bedroom Ensuite #1: Queen size, closet, ensuite with shower. Has a desk (& fast wifi) for remote-work. Bedroom Ensuite #2: King size, closet, Shower/tub combo and access to patio/backyard KITCHEN: Modern, fully equipped, includes microwave, toaster and new SS appliance suite as well as quartz counters. It was cozy inside and outside, it being the perfect weather for the warmth of fire outside. It was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal for our trip to tour the University of Florida.
