The steps/flooring was a bit worn, the parking instructions had some discrepancies and we had some trouble connecting to the wifi but none of it ended up being an issue. Only used 1 bed but it was comfy and the couch was very comfy. There is only room for one vehicle and you have to park on the lawn which is really close to the front porch, we were told this a couple of days before our stay. The only thing that bothered us was the beds, the description states two queen beds but the beds are full size. My husband and I didn’t have much room which made it difficult to sleep. My mom was in the other room and her mattress was hard. We are all tired from a weekend getaway instead of being rested. It is close to UF and stores/restaurants.
