The house includes a fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, a master bedroom & bath with 2 sinks, multiple shower-heads, and a large soaking tub. The house has 3 beds (1 king, 1 queen & 1 full), 2 large reclining sofas, and air mattresses available. House is only 1 mile from North Florida Medical Center. 4 burner propane grill, charcoal grill and seating area on the back patio overlooking a spacious and private backyard that backs up against a large wooded area. The only thing it was lacking was lighting in the back year and in the driveway at night time. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Our family needed a temporary rental during our fathers surgery. The host was super accommodating to our needs, in our time of need. We are beyond thankful for that! The close proximity to Shand’s hospital was a critical necessity to be able to be back & forth. This location is close by to all the wonderful restaurants & shopping. We found this little gem of a place called Devil's Millhopper Geological State Park you must go check it out! Fascinating to actually see & great for a morning hike! Our family really enjoyed this wonderful home! During our stay we also dealt with a Cat 4 hurricane Idalia & this home was superb on keeping us all protected & the host was very attentive! 5 stars all around ##### Derek L.
