There is a lot of room in the house so you never feel cramped, but it's cozy enough that you can have quality family time on your getaway. We frequently visit the area for some Gator Baseball and will plan on rebooking this property throughout the season. ##### Andrew R. It hits you right when you walk in. Everything is original, no modern updates. The floors were very dirty. They turned our socks black. 5 days after we checked out, we were charged an extra 50, for pet hair. We have 2 small dogs, that don’t shed much. It is an older home and a little outdated but perfect for a weekend stay to visit Gainesville and attend the game. It served our needs nicely. While we didn’t end up bringing our pets, I liked that it was pet friendly and had a fenced-in backyard. One thing I’d like to note though, we arrived at dark and there isn’t a sidewalk from the driveway to the front door and no lights were on outside the home, so we had to use our phone flashlights to see how maneuver through the grass with our luggage to get in to the front door. Also, the beds were a little worn out but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Overall it was a nice place for a quick weekend stay. ##### Alison G.
