It’s the ideal place to enjoy delicious barbecues, take pleasant walks, and discover cultural treasures. The spacious garden is the perfect setting for peaceful days, even during the hottest summers. Inside, you’ll find a cozy rustic home equipped with all the comforts. You enter the house via a staircase with 7 steps; the kitchen is right inside. Through a door and up one more step, you reach the living room, and from there, the two CONNECTING bedrooms. The bathroom is located in the living room area and is equipped with a shower and a washing machine. The living room features a sofa bed, a TV, and a desk. Outside, you’ll find a pergola with a table and chairs, a fire pit, a barbecue complete with accessories, outdoor chairs and a small table, a rocking chair, a swing, and a spacious garden. Four lounge chairs round out the outdoor furnishings.
Since access is via a staircase with 7 steps, this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
