It was built with the most up-to-date technologies and Design. It is located in a central area, a hundred meters from the sea, in a quiet, ventilated and silent position, very close to the new dock and the characteristic square of the city. The apartment has a large balcony of 30 square meters that embraces the perimeter. The large sliding windows create the illusion of a space without boundaries in which there are no differences between indoor and outdoor environments. The very large terrace allows the extension of the living room with an outdoor room of 22 square meters (complete with outdoor furniture), the latter being separated from the living area by a large hidden window.
