"Staff were excellent and very helpful. It is a bit of an older hotel so the room had a bit of a smell. Beds were comfortable and it is located in a convenient area. "

"Staff removed a bag full of all brand new items of clothing and souvenirs I had just bought over a 4 day span (over $350) and when we reported it to the front desk they said there was nothing they can do, they refused to help in any sort of way and blatantly showed no sense of interest in the matter saying all they can do is ask housekeeping. They lied about not having cameras on any of the floors when you can see them everywhere, and got to a point where they didn’t want to answer anymore questions so they went into their office and just refused to come out and talk to me after the fact. If your looking for a nice affordable place to stay look on Airbnb or any other hotel the Art hotel in Narita is not worth the price by any means."
