Decent sized one bdrm apt with beachfront view from terrace. Apt was fully furnished and in good condition. Centrally located with very short walk to shopping, groceries, restaurants. As close to the beach as you can get for Los Boliches accomodations. Decent sized pool. Have stayed in the Bldg previously, and would stay in this particular Apt again.

Para empezar en el anuncio ponía con disponibilidad de parking, lo que no te dicen al llegar que nos enteramos por otros usuarios residentes que el parking estaba limitado a plazas osea había unas 20 no más y el edificio tenía un fliple de gente dentro osea que imaginate llegar 2 horas de viaje imaginate enterarse de lo del parking y tener que buscar parking y despues de encontrarlo se vaya un usuario te ceda el hueco volver a por el coche y encontrarte la barrera que se tenga que subir tapando un cuadrado de pintura amarilla porque va con sensor pero lo peor es que me dieron un mando sin programación cosa que era necesaria para poder entrar al parking en resumen Después de llegar a las 15:00 estuvimos 3 horas con ese problema vaya la 18:00 que el de recepción vino y nos abrió con su mando porque antes de las 18:00 no se incorporaba si cambio de turno y de 17:00-18:00.No hay nadie y por mucho que contacte por WhatsApp a centralita a la gente que se lo estás alquilando una inmobiliaria creo que es no lo sé es un desastre que por muchas llamadas que hagas te aguantes.Por lo demás si es cierto que quitando lo del parking está muy bien una novena planta con sus maravillosas vistas y gran fresco sobre todo en la noche no hace falta del aire.Una maravilla el ascensor son 3 y suben decente mente rápido y bajas igual cosas que se agradece.Es un piso chiquitito pero a pesar de ser 4 ni tan mal
