The property boasts a private garden of 1,600 m2 and a beautiful swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 m with a depth of 150 cm. The pool is available seasonally from April 30 to October 1 and comes with a pool house equipped with a WC, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Villa Elena can accommodate up to 10 people and is suitable for families, seniors, and events, making it an excellent choice for a luxurious holiday rental with modern amenities like internet, wifi, and parking.

The villa sits on an expansive 40-hectare lot that is fenced for added security. Guests have access to shared amenities such as two hard court tennis courts and a sauna available once a week during the summer, or as needed during the winter (heating is available from November 1 to April 15). You will be staying in Villa Elena, an impressive 9-room house spanning 850 m2 over 3 levels. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall leading into a large living/dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace and digital TV. The spacious kitchen on this level is fully equipped with 5 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer, along with a dining table. Additionally, there is a separate WC on the ground floor.  
  
Moving up to the upper floor, you will find an even larger living room with an open-hearth fireplace and digital TV. There is also an open living room, 2 double bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, and an open kitchen with 4 hot plates, an oven, and a freezer. This floor has 2 bathrooms - one with a shower/WC and the other with a shower/bidet/WC.  
  
On the 2nd upper floor, there are 4 more bedrooms - 3 of which are air-conditioned. The bedrooms on this level include 2 double bedrooms, 1 room with 1 bed, and 1 large double bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms on this floor - one with a bath/bidet/WC and the other with a shower/bidet/WC. Additionally, there is a hydro massage bath for your relaxation.
