This lovely holiday home is located in the peaceful fishing village of Lild Strand, with direct access to the wild nature of the North Sea. With space for 8 people across 99 square meters, this house is ideal for both families and friends seeking a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings.   
  
The holiday home, built in 2006, offers modern comfort and warmth thanks to an energy-saving heat pump and underfloor heating in all tiled floors. Additionally, there is a cozy wood-burning stove, perfect for chilly evenings. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are equipped with double beds, and the last one with a bunk bed. There is also a crib and a high chair for the youngest guests.   
  
For those who love cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need – including a fridge, induction cooktop, convection oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The holiday home has both a bathroom with a shower and an additional guest toilet. After a day of fresh sea breezes, you can relax in the sauna or the indoor spa, which accommodates two people.   
  
The summer house is situated on an 800-square-meter natural plot, just 200 meters from the sea. Here you will find a large 90-square-meter terrace, as well as a covered 70-square-meter terrace – perfect for enjoying both the sun and the shade. There is also a swing for the children and ample parking space at the house.   
  
Inside, there are plenty of entertainment options with a TV, DVD player, radio, and CD player. The house has access to wireless internet, as well as Danish and German TV channels.   
  
With its location close to nature, comfortable furnishings, and modern amenities, this holiday home is the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday near the North Sea.
