Located on the second floor of the building, accessible from the elevator, you and your guests can enjoy incredible views from your private patio. The primary bedroom contains a queen bed as well as an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a full size bed and is conveniently located across the hall from the half bath. With on-site parking, you can easily explore the area’s restaurants and entertainment, or you can stay home and swim in the community pool—either way, you’ll have a blast. That Frippin View has an open and airy living area features blues, whites, and natural textures throughout the home to give it a subtle beachy aesthetic. Hear the ocean waves hit the rocks and beach as you entertain the kids with their favorite cartoons while they lay on the comfy couch. Enjoy the warming sunrays as they flood through the sliding glass door that light the pages of your book as you read on one of 2 armchairs. When you dine at the 4-stool breakfast bar and look at the beautiful blue sea, you might see dolphins playing in the waves. The granite countertops and cabinet space make it easy to put the final touches on dinner because everything is within arm’s reach. Early risers will appreciate the coffee maker and microwave for a quick bite in the mornings before heading down to the beach. Pets - allowed If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. We’ve vacationed on Fripp several times and this property was one of our faves. The waterfront and pool view from deck and living room couldn’t have been better. The unit was very clean, bed and furniture comfortable had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation and was just as described in the listing. The location was ideal for our senior dog. She enjoyed our walks around the neighborhood. We did find the living room was quite a bit warmer than the rest of the unit even with the glass deck doors covered during the daytime to keep out the direct sun. The daily high temps were in the mid 80s. Fortunately we brought a small fan with us. The elevator is nice to have when bringing up luggage but it makes terrible noises and probably could use some maintenance. We opted to use the stairs the rest of our stay.
