Step into this large family home and enjoy an amazing island vacation. Situated beside the Ocean Point golf course and located just 200 steps from the nearest beach access, you will fall in love with the fresh ocean breezes and sunny days watching the tide roll in. When it’s time to relax at “home”, there is plenty of room to unwind in the open living spaces and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for dining in with your entire group. With 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, this beautiful property has room for up to 14 guests. Lounge on the front porch or one of the two back decks while enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets. The living room has a cozy fireplace and large, smart TV with plenty of seating for everyone. A game room on the lower floor is complete with seating area, TV and more. The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with dual icemakers, microwave, 2 dishwashers, gas stove with built in microwave, air fryer, blender, crockpots, toasters, as well as plenty of indoor and outdoor dishes. The custom dining table seats 10-12 guests comfortably. This island property has 2 primary king ensuites, 2 queen ensuites, an ensuite with 2 full beds and an additional queen suite with a Jack and Jill bath. There is an additional pull-out sofa that is a great choice for 2 additional young people.. The lovely laundry room is equipped with large-capacity washer and dryer in addition to a large utility sink. And, the outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off sandy toes and beach chairs.
