The staff are very friendly and always available for anything you need. The hotel is conveniently located by shopping and dining which makes it very nice as well. Breakfast was not good and the cereal was stale. Elevator was "broken". We had to request an extra towel daily. On the last day of our stay dirty towels were not taken out of the room, fresh towels were not replaced, AND housekeeping left our door open for anyone to go in while our belongings were clearly visible! Unacceptable! Beds and pillows were very comfy which is always a plus and not always a guarantee at hotels. Free breakfast was lackluster but not a deal breaker for me. My only complaint is that we had to use two remotes for the TV to get to the shows we were interested in. Whem we arrived tue pool was out of service and wouldn't be available until the summer. The room was clean and bed comfy.
