My stay is usually great, but this time there were some minor inconveniences that did get addressed. My key card didn't work and I was about to get put into a room I didn't pay for. All in all the staff was very helpful and fixed everything. That's why I still give them five stars.

The entry way was not lit at night. The path going down was very hard for my sister who is in a cast, uneven and slippery. Couch was not comfortable. Couldn’t figure out how to lock the door.
