Freeland features a waterfront park with beaches, boat launch, dock & playground just minutes away & great restaurants, groceries, gas station for convenience staying on the island. This is a 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath single family home about 1800 sqft. The home has two levels and the entrance is on the upper level with a set of stairs leading up to the entrance. \*\*\*Floor Plan\*\*\* • Upper Floor: Living room, 65" Smart TV, dining room, kitchen, Master bedroom w/ king bed and ensuite half bath; 2nd bedroom w/ bunk bed (sleeps up to 4 people) and bathroom in hallway. Portable AC • Lower Floor: Family room, TV, office desk and chair, Office with working desk, third bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom with bath tub, laundry, access to the front carport \*\*\*Home Highlights\*\*\* • Quiet, peaceful community with views. • Fully fenced backyard and pet friendly. • Plenty of parking. • Dedicated work area. • All beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses, linens and a comfortable duvet • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs \*\*\*Guest access\*\*\* Guest will be granted via a smart lock. \*\*\*Other things to note\*\*\* • Strictly NO parties and events. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas ($300 fine) • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens. Please do not leave leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and clean up after your pets. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Location is amazing easy access to anything you need. Stores nearby, not far from ferry in Clinton. Very relaxing quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had a Keurig. Deer roam all over the neighbor hood it was so cool to just watch while you drink your coffee in the morning and they come back in the evening. The view is amazing of the water you can see kayakers. ##### Rosie M.
