Very comfortable. There was a coffee pot, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and a small stove. We didn’t cook while we stayed, just coffee in the mornings. A small dining room table and chairs, but chairs were more for decoration I guess because the seats were small. Air conditioning works fine. Bathroom was okay but it would have been nice to have 2 more bath towels. We had 2 for 7 days. Nice shower, no tub. It’s a couple miles from town. But there are a few places there to get what you need. Very quiet, except for the barking dog 2 nights out of the 7 we stayed It’s very beautiful here. It’s about 14 miles from Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park. Nicely converted, and comfortable, but not really what I was expecting. We would bring more warm clothes though. The on wall heater definitely didn't keep us warm throughout the night. There's a bunch of stuff to do in the area. There's a fire pit but only 1 really set up and it appears you need to bring your own wood. The room was clean and the kids loved the loft.
