It is small, but very clean and very nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and it was very warm and welcoming. We loved the closeness to everything! We did drive down to the beach and to town but could have walked if we really wanted to. The only downside is that there are no air-conditioning units anywhere in the cottage. They have fans in most windows and that helps to keep it tolerable but when the humidity is high and it’s hot outside, it’s very difficult to keep it comfortable. Erin, the host, was very helpful and quick to answer questions etc. I would definitely come back but would consider the summer heat and humidity at the time of my visit. ##### Dawn S.
