Perfectly situated just 2 miles from the Bethany Beach boardwalk, this modern retreat offers the ideal blend of luxury and convenience. Whether you are looking to relax by the community pool, challenge friends to a game of billiards, or take the seasonal shuttle to the ocean, this home serves as your ultimate gateway to the Delaware beaches. The open-concept main level features a modern kitchen fully equipped with all the essentials, including a large island with seating for four. The adjacent dining area provides ample space for the whole group to gather for meals, while the living room invites you to unwind with a small bar area and a 65" smart TV. For added comfort, ceiling fans are installed throughout the property to catch those coastal breezes. Upstairs, the expansive loft serves as a secondary lounging area, complete with a comfortable sectional sofa, a 55" TV, and a game table—perfect for late-night puzzles or cards. This level also offers additional sleeping arrangements for two guests. Step outside to the beautiful private patio, which features plenty of seating for outdoor relaxation after a day in the sun. Distance to community amenities: Less than a 5-minute walk or short bike ride to the Clubhouse and Pool complex. The beach shuttle runs Saturdays and Sundays, and also on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. Shuttles run on the half hour from the Clubhouse to Bethany Beach (first one is at 9:30 am) and on the hour from the beach (the last shuttle returns at 4 pm). Located only 2.5 miles from Bethany Beach, Ocean View Beach Club is a treasured destination that will provide enjoyment far beyond the cluttered, noisy beach towns at a fraction of the cost and only a short drive away. You'll also enjoy quick trips to Fenwick Island (6.5 miles), Ocean City (8 miles), and Rehoboth Beach (15 miles). Use of community amenities requires the purchase of amenity passes. To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
