Perfectly situated just 2 miles from the Bethany Beach boardwalk, this modern retreat offers the ideal blend of luxury and convenience. Whether you are looking to relax by the community pool, challenge friends to a game of billiards, or take the seasonal shuttle to the ocean, this home serves as your ultimate gateway to the Delaware beaches. The open-concept main level features a modern kitchen fully equipped with all the essentials, including a large island with seating for four. The adjacent dining area provides ample space for the whole group to gather for meals, while the living room invites you to unwind with a small bar area and a 65" smart TV. For added comfort, ceiling fans are installed throughout the property to catch those coastal breezes. Upstairs, the expansive loft serves as a secondary lounging area, complete with a comfortable sectional sofa, a 55" TV, and a game table—perfect for late-night puzzles or cards. This level also offers additional sleeping arrangements for two guests. Step outside to the beautiful private patio, which features plenty of seating for outdoor relaxation after a day in the sun.
