Ótimo local, estrutura muito boa

É um condomínio com vários blocos (cerca de 60). A unidade de hospedagem fica no bloco 34, o mais próximo da praia e de um dos restaurantes. Trata-se de um apartamento completo, com três suítes e mais um banheiro. O café da manhã (relativamente simples, mas farto) é servido em um dos dois restaurante do condomínio, que também oferecem almoço e petiscos durante o dia. Existe espaço com food trucks que oferecem refeições (pizza, hambúrguer, pastéis, sorvete, churros) no período da noite, já que os restaurantes não funcionam todas as noites. Opções para refeições próximas: Restaurante Absoluto (funciona todos os dias para almoço e jantar e pizzaria do Beach Park) Condomínio super bem cuidado e seguro. Piscinas muito boas e quadras para vários esportes, incluindo beach tênis. O mar no local do hotel é bem agitado, com muitas ondas e correntezas fortes, não sendo muito indicado para crianças. Para quem que curtir a praia, recomendo a Barraca do Tadeu, ins 80 metros do hotel a direito (olhando o mar de frente) ambiente um pouco rústico, mas excelente.

Poderia ser melhor!

Ficamos 5 dias em 4 adultos e duas crianças. O condomínio é lindo, novo e muito perto do Beach Park. Infelizmente, falta estruturar a parte de serviço. A portaria funciona com senha para os locatários, mas os visitantes entram pela mesma fila, o que nos fez esperar 25 min para entrar em um domingo. O apartamento é muito bonito e limpo, mas falta um varal de chão para as roupas de praia e itens básicos de cozinha como assadeiras e mais panelas. Cuidado com o uso do ar condicionado, pois a energia é cobrada (R$ 1,00 o kW, sendo que o valor real é de menos de R$ 0,50). As áreas verdes e piscinas são muito bonitas e bem cuidadas. Todo o lugar é muito limpo e cheio de beleza natural. Atenção também aos horários de check-in e check-out pois são muito rigorosos. Como não há muitos voos para Fortaleza, nosso voo foi de madrugada, e mesmo pagando uma diária a mais não pudemos sair perto do horário de ir para o aeroporto, pois as chaves tinham de ser entregues até as 17h, o que nos fez esperar muito tempo no próprio aeroporto. Há vários ganchos de rede, mas nenhuma rede disponível para ser usada ( o que não faz muito sentido!). Há também vazamento de som de outros aptos. É possível escutar as pessoas conversando em outras sacadas.

Atendeu as expectativas, é exatamente igual as fotos! Fui muito bem atendida pelo locador, equipe super atenciosa... tanto eu como os outros hóspedes não vemos a hora de voltar. Como fui com criança pequena eles se preocuparam em me colocar no térreo. O único inconveniente é que a piscina mais próxima do apartemento está em reforma, mas tem outra a uma distância razoável (da para ir andando)! O apartamento é muito confortável, tudo de altíssima qualidade, e o resort é maravilhoso, até um food truck tinha a noite próximo ao bloco que ficamos.. Vale a pena demais...
