The kitchen is newly renovated and includes everything you need to cook and take meals at the condo. There are 2 wash rooms, both clean and fully furbished. There is a nice terrasse in the backyard, adjacent the waterway, with table and chairs. The pool area is also fully furbished, nice, clean and quiet during our stay. A parking space is also available for people with a car. The condo is at 2 minutes walk from a grocery store and restaurants and 10 minutes from the beach. The owner Rafael lives on the premise and is very welcoming and quick to answer any questions we might have. This condo was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing. Great view from back patio. Nice pool. Very quiet - almost too quiet! Only time I reached out to Property Manager he called back right away. Nice property and location. Would suggest to have better signage or address on building so one can more easily find it.
