This house is situated 8 blocks from the beach. Located in exclusive upscale neighborhood of the Cove - 2 miles from the famous Boca Raton Hotel and Resort. It is minutes to the main beach front. 4 bedrooms (all with premium linens), 3 beautifully updated contemporary bathrooms, superb entertainment area with oversized patios, Stainless Weber BBQ, wonderful palm landscaping, big 52' flat screen TV, super fast cable modem WIFI, cable Internet & 32' flat screen TV in Master bedroom, Espresso/Cappuccino Machine, fully equipped Self Catering Facility, Central Air Conditioning and Heating. We are pleased to provide our guests with a fully equipped kitchen which includes an array of basic kitchen and household supplies.

  • Located behind this gated wall is the home that Joseph Kennedy purchased in 1933 as a family winter home. It was here that Future President John F Kennedy wrote his inaugural address and selected his cabinet. It was also here that Joseph Kennedy had a stroke in 1961 that left him unable to speak. We had an amazing stay and the property was exactly as described. The house was perfect for our family; we especially loved the main room for hanging out and the flexible dining options both inside and out. The kitchen was well-appointed for those who love to cook, and the bedding was notably high-quality, clean, and fresh. The real highlight, however, was the pool and hot tub—they were so easy to use and featured plenty of seating. Situated in a fantastic neighborhood, this home exceeded our expectations. The proximity to the beach was so awesome as well. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location, super relaxing getaway

We traveled to FL with our teenage sons so they could attend a summer camp. We loved this home. It was the perfect size for all of us to have our own space and the several common areas were wonderful for being together. The best park was the backyard…the setting was so peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again. Karina was an excellent communicator and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Property was exactly as advertised, and we loved all of the restaurant options at the Cove a third of a mile away.

Deerfield of Dreams

This house had everything we needed. From the comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and a spacious living/kitchen area. The pool in the backyard was well-kept and much appreciated in the hot sun. In addition to the house, everything you’d need for a beach excursion (short drive to the oceanfront) was provided, including beach towels, chairs, toys, and umbrella. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

This place is the real deal!!

I booked this property awhile ago so I was getting nervous that there hadn’t been any recent reviews. There is no reason to worry! This property is everything other positive ratings have said and truly matches the pictures/description. The home was extremely clean (& I have high standards), the amenities made it real easy to relax and feel at home, and the backyard is your own private oasis. Karina was extremely responsive to any questions we had throughout the entire process. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Deerfield Beach area!

Great location

This location was easy to get to shopping or the beach. Less than 10 minutes to the beach and restaurants. Master bedroom wasn't very big. Not enough outlets for devices in bedroom. This is a beautiful property, but there were so many rules about what to do and what not to do, that it made it hard to relax and enjoy the home.

Oasis in a quiet neighborhood

‘50s era ranch, with a beautifully modern kitchen addition and backyard oasis. What a great time! It seems that most (perhaps all) of the neighbors are full time residents, so weekdays are very quiet. It’s an easy 25 minute walk to the beach (35 minutes if the drawbridge is up) with little traffic and lots of sidewalks. On Deerfield Beach you’ll find a number of beachside bar & grill restaurants, a few tourist shops and a fishing pier. Very family friendly, even during Spring Break. Try nearby Pop’s Fish Market for fresh local seafood. Publix is nearby, but there is also a great little Ideal Food Market across from Pop’s that has a fantastic Cuban and Puerto Rican flare. The highlight of course is the pool and hot tub. Take a Carl Hiaasen book, a cool drink and plenty of sunscreen. You may be occasionally disturbed by a few playful squirrels running along the fence, colorful butterflies and mockingbirds. There are plenty of towels (both shower and beach towels), soap and shampoo. There are a few laundry pods and dishwasher pods provided. Great home-like atmosphere! We wouldn’t change a thing.
