Pompano's best kept secret. Beautiful condo overlooking the intercoastal

  • Recently painted. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in excellent 16 unit complex located on the inter-coastal canal. Quiet, private, non-smoking inside condo as well as outside all common areas. Bright and fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, electric range, microwave and dishwasher. Bright dining area overlooking canal. Small balcony off dining area. TV, 2 leather couches and one leather chair in living room. Flat screen TV in each bedroom. Free local and long distance calls to US and Canada. Master bedroom has king size bed. Second bedroom has 2 single beds. Jack and Jill bathroom connects the two bedrooms and has tub shower. Second bathroom is two piece. On site outdoor pool. 2 BBQs available for use in courtyard. On site coin laundry.
    Beach is 7 minute walk, tennis, golf, water sports, shopping are only minutes away. Great restaurants quick walk away. On site manager.
    Walking: grocery store 3 minutes, restaurants 5 minutes, beach 7 minutes
    Driving: Fort Lauderdale Airport 20 minutes, Miami International Airport 45 minutes, shopping 5 minutes, golf 5 minutes
