Had a lovely time at Mercure Oradea Hotel! The aesthetic and room comfort are spot on, and the spa area is fantastic, the big windows letting in natural light create such a nice, relaxing vibe.
You can tell the hotel is still fresh and working through some opening adjustments on the service side. We noticed a couple of minor things, like the spa missing staff at 7:30 AM for towels and turning on the sauna (despite a 7:00 AM opening time), and the restaurant overcooking a burger to well-done when we asked for medium.
It’s totally understandable for a new spot as the personnel get properly trained and settled into the routine. Overall, it’s a wonderful property with tons of potential, and we really enjoyed our stay!
