Cliff Haus isn't a cookie-cutter new-build cabin—and we wouldn't want it to be.



This nearly 100-year-old home has been thoughtfully reimagined with updated interiors, distinctive gathering spaces and modern amenities while preserving the character that makes it so unique.



Its unusual cliffside architecture and three-level layout are part of its charm, but they're also important to understand before booking.



Because of the home's age and multi-level design, temperatures can naturally vary somewhat between floors. An attic fan, additional room fans and heaters are provided so guests can personalize their comfort.

Spend your days enjoying Branson's shows, restaurants, shopping and attractions, approximately **25 minutes away**, then leave the crowds behind and come home to Cliff Haus.

## ⚠️ GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING



We want Cliff Haus to be the perfect fit for your group, so please review these details before reserving:



**STAIRS:** Cliff Haus is built into a steep hillside and has multiple levels. Stairs are required from the parking area to the entrance, between interior floors and to access outdoor spaces. **The property is not suitable for guests with mobility limitations.**



**CHILDREN:** Because of the steep cliffside setting, multiple levels and stairs, the home is best suited for adults and families with older children.



**NO PETS:** Due to severe allergies, pets are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized pets are subject to additional fees.



**LAKE ACCESS:** Cliff Haus offers sweeping lake views but does not have direct lake access.



**CAMERAS:** Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor areas only for the safety and security of the property and our guests.
