Perfect for large families and groups, our cabin offers a private nature sanctuary just minutes from the Rim Lakes, fishing spots, and hiking trails. Enjoy the best of both worlds with rustic cabin charm and modern conveniences like fast WiFi, Smart TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen.

• Sleeping & Bath: The cabin comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests across 4 private bedrooms. There are 2 full bathrooms stocked with shampoo and hot water, plus a washer and dryer for your laundry needs.  
  
• Outdoor Space: Enjoy the fresh mountain air on the private patio, dine al fresco at the outdoor dining area, or roast marshmallows at the shared fire pit.  
  
⚠️ Honest Expectations (Need to know)  
  
• Nature is Neighbors: We are located deep in the National Forest. You may encounter local wildlife and insects. Please keep food secured to avoid attracting critters.  
  
• Stocking Up: We recommend doing your shopping for any specific items you’d need before heading up! We are happy to provide a starter kit of essentials to get you settled, but for longer stays, we suggest bringing your preferred toiletries and cooking ingredients to make your stay as comfortable as possible.  
  
Guest Access:  
  
Check-in is effortless via a secure electronic keypad; your personal door code will be sent to you prior to arrival. We have ample on-site parking available for multiple vehicles (and trailers!).  
  
The Neighborhood:  
  
Our cabin is located in the Forest Lakes area, tucked away off Highway 260 on Trout Springs Road.  
  
• The Vibe: Because we are situated just off the main road rather than deep inside the subdivision maze, you get the best of both worlds: the towering pines and peaceful seclusion of the forest, combined with easy, paved access to the highway for your day trips.  
  
• Supplies: We are just down the road from the Rim Resort and a short drive to the general store for basics. For larger grocery hauls, we highly recommend stocking up in Payson or Heber-Overgaard before you arrive.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
Thanks to our convenient location just off Highway 260, you can hit the road for day trips immediately without navigating through the deep subdivision.   
  
• Willow Springs Lake: \~10-minute drive  
  
• Woods Canyon Lake: \~20-minute drive  
  
• Heber-Overgaard (Restaurants/Gas): \~20-minute drive  
  
• Payson (Major Groceries): \~35-minute drive  
  
• Winter Travel Advisory: While our proximity to the highway provides easier access than most cabins, 4WD or AWD vehicles are highly recommended during winter storms (Nov–March) to safely navigate the local driveways and forest roads.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required. Please contact the host to confirm the amount. The deposit is fully refundable provided the property is left in good condition. If you’d prefer to skip the deposit, you can choose a non-refundable damage waiver for a small fee instead. Note: the deposit and fee are waived for bookings during the Winter Season.  
  
• No Pets: We love animals, but this home is kept pet-free to accommodate guests with allergies.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
  
I respect your privacy and offer self-check-in, so you can arrive and relax without interruption. However, I am fully available via the app to answer questions, recommend local trails, or assist with any issues that arise during your stay.
