Forbidden Caverns Tours and Activities

Our room on top floor facing the river was very nice with a private balcony. Beds are comfortable and room was very clean.

The hotel was clean, the room was clean. The breakfast was very good. The front desk staff was very helpful. What I did not like was the temperature of the refrigerator in my room. It froze all my food that I put in there, The cans of soda I put in the refrigerator burst due to freezing. the salad was frozen that I purchased from Walmart. The room did not have black out curtains so I could sleep restfully due to the long drive home the next day.

We came to Pigeon Forge for my daughter’s dance competition! This hotel was the perfect location! The staff was more than accommodating. Jake was so helpful in getting our two families rooms right next to each other! The hotel was very clean, no issues at all! The breakfast was fine, can’t complain! We would stay here again!
