The Sunny apartment is located in a very central condominium building which offers you the convenience of having everything at your fingertips. A few steps away you will find the pedestrian promenade, ideal for relaxing evening walks, and Via Roma, the shopping street. The surroundings are full of shops, bars, restaurants and beach clubs, ready to welcome you for a drink at sunset or a fresh fish dinner.  
The Sunny apartment not only guarantees you a strategic location, but also all the services you may need. Small supermarkets, the central municipal market and much more are just a few minutes away, making your stay as convenient as possible.  
Imagine waking up every morning with a view that takes your breath away: the immense gulf of Follonica that opens before your eyes in all its splendor. This is possible in the Sunny apartment, located in the beating heart of the city.  
Upon entry, you will be greeted by a large bright living room, with a fully equipped kitchenette. The living room balcony will soon become your favorite corner, where you can relax while observing the sea and its thousand colours.  
In the sleeping area there is a large double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.  
The strong point of this apartment is certainly its sea view... a view that never tires and which makes every moment spent in this apartment a unique experience.

3\. Torre Mozza beach: just 3 km from the center of Follonica, Torre Mozza beach welcomes you with its golden sand and the ancient 1500s tower that watches over the sea. Convenient car parks behind the beach offer access to a monitored and free stretch of sea, offering various options for spending a day in the sun.  
4\. Carbonifera beach: 5 km from the center of Follonica, Carbonifera beach will enchant you with its nineteenth-century tower and the surrounding coastal landscape. You can reach it via a short walk from a large equipped car park. Light sandy beach, coastal dunes shaded by pine trees, and shallow seabed make it ideal for families and nature lovers.
