Paguro is located in a large condominium in the Zona Nuova of Follonica, facing the pine forest and a stone's throw from the sea.  
The strategic position allows you to reach the city center in a few minutes on foot and also to enjoy the convenience of the services available, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, markets of various kinds, guaranteeing everything you need at your fingertips. Furthermore it is possible to find both free and equipped beaches.  
The condominium also has a small garden with bike rack.  
Costa Maremma offers the Paguro apartment for your summer holidays, a delightful, completely renovated three-room apartment, located on the first floor with a condominium lift.  
The apartment consists of a very bright living room which leads to the balcony with a splendid view of the pine forest and sea and a kitchenette with dishwasher. From the hallway you reach the two large double bedrooms and the bathroom with shower. Each room is air conditioned.  
Linen not supplied, only on specific request. Apartment suitable for families, not for groups of young people.  
Below is the list of extra costs to be paid on site:

2\. Cala Violina: Live the experience of one of the most fascinating beaches on the coast. Set in a nature reserve, access is limited to cars, ensuring unique tranquility. Enjoy the pristine beauty of this corner of paradise.  
3\. Torre Mozza beach: just 3 km from the center of Follonica, Torre Mozza beach welcomes you with its golden sand and the ancient 1500s tower that watches over the sea. Convenient car parks behind the beach offer access to a monitored and free stretch of sea, offering various options for spending a day in the sun.  
4\. Carbonifera beach: 5 km from the center of Follonica, Carbonifera beach will enchant you with its nineteenth-century tower and the surrounding coastal landscape. You can reach it via a short walk from a large equipped car park. Light sandy beach, coastal dunes shaded by pine trees, and shallow seabed make it ideal for families and nature lovers.  
5\. Castiglione della Pescaia: explore the picturesque seaside village of Castiglione della Pescaia, which stands on a promontory on the Maremma coast. With its Aragonese castle, walls and towers, it offers a breathtaking spectacle. An exclusive destination, appreciated for the quality of the environment and marine waters.  
6\. Elba Island: the largest of the Tuscan islands invites you to experience the charm of an area rich in history, civilization and nature. With over 130 beaches, including fine sand, gravel, dream coves and granite rocks, the Island of Elba offers a wide variety of options to enjoy the sun and sea in an exclusive environment. You can reach the Port of Piombino in about 25 minutes by car and take the ferry to the island here.
