Condominium building centrally located on the Carducci seafront, with bars, restaurants and shops close at hand.   
The sea can be reached simply by crossing the road, while with a very short walk you can reach Via Roma and Viale Italia, the beating heart of the city.  
The strong point is certainly the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Follonica and the enchanting Island of Elba, which can be enjoyed both from the living room and from the large equipped terrace.  
Imagine a vacation where every day begins with a view of the sea stretching out before you.  
This extraordinary penthouse in the heart of Follonica offers you this and much more.  
Located on the fourth and top floor with elevator, the apartment combines modern comforts and an enviable location, making it the perfect choice for an exclusive vacation. The interiors have been designed to welcome you with elegance and functionality: a bright living room, enriched by large windows that offer a breathtaking view of the gulf and an eat-in kitchen. In the sleeping area there are two bedrooms, one twin and one double and a bathroom with shower.  
But the real masterpiece of this apartment is its large terrace with sliding roof, which allows you to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day. Here the view embraces the entire Gulf of Follonica and reaches as far as the Island of Elba which seems almost within reach.

Let yourself be enveloped by history and art, admiring the imposing cathedral and delighting in the local delicacies in the restaurants of the historic centre.  
2\. Cala Violina: Live the experience of one of the most fascinating beaches on the coast. Set in a nature reserve, access is limited to cars, ensuring unique tranquility. Enjoy the pristine beauty of this corner of paradise.  
3\. Torre Mozza beach: just 3 km from the center of Follonica, Torre Mozza beach welcomes you with its golden sand and the ancient 1500s tower that watches over the sea. Convenient car parks behind the beach offer access to a monitored and free stretch of sea, offering various options for spending a day in the sun.  
4\. Carbonifera beach: 5 km from the center of Follonica, Carbonifera beach will enchant you with its nineteenth-century tower and the surrounding coastal landscape. You can reach it via a short walk from a large equipped car park. Light sandy beach, coastal dunes shaded by pine trees, and shallow seabed make it ideal for families and nature lovers.
