The apartment offers a shower, bidet, and a toilet. Air conditioning and forced-air heating are available, with the heating only operational from November 1st to April 15th. The spacious 12-square-meter terrace is partially covered and comes with terrace furniture. Conveniences include a mosquito net, a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and complimentary WiFi internet access. It is important to note that this is a non-smoking property, equipped with a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher, but there is no elevator access.
