The sea can be reached by walking along the alley (limited traffic area), about 30 metres. Here you will find both free and equipped beaches. The center can be reached by walking along the seafront for about 300 metres. Levante is a delightful apartment located a few steps from the sea and the city center, offering a fantastic experience between relaxation and fun. Fully air conditioned, it has a large living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms, each with an extra single bed and a bathroom with shower. La lavatrice è in condivisione con l’altro appartamento dello stabile, la casa ha due stanze matrimoniali con un un bell’armadio ciascuna, c’è un bagno con doccia e asciugacapelli, in cucina c’è il tavolo, la tv (non c’è il divano) e un terrazzo con un tavolo (dove abbiamo mangiato praticamente sempre) e dove ci sono 2 stendini e un lavandino comodissimo per lavare le cose del mare.Aria condizionata in tutti i locali e finestre insonorizzate che non facevano sentire alcun rumore nemmeno di notte nonostante ci fosse un bel via via sotto casa. Conad a 5 minuti a piedi e vicino a panetterie, gelaterie, pasticcerie, ristoranti.A 10 minuti dal centro di Follonica raggiungibile con una bella passeggiatina sul lungo mare. Unica nota dolente il parcheggio: la casa non ne fornisce uno ed abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare un posto non a pagamento dove lasciare la macchina che abbiamo utilizzato pochissimo.Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene, il nostro obiettivo era viverci il mare a due passi ed è quello che abbiamo fatto. ##### Monia P.
