They changed 1 time the towels in almost 6 days of staying ! To change towels they will change 48 euros and I never said that ! Never cleaned the room !! Pics are not resl !!! Bed experience

To whom it may concern. The refrigerator was not working. Called the front desk and no one came. The television was a joke. The basic channel were not available. Not sure i will be back. the first thing that stuck us was how out of town this type of accommodation is. That applies to all Masseria hotels. The rooms are situated around a pretty courtyard. The rooms are basic and of reasonable size. There are no facilities for making tea/coffee. However, there is a fridge. A small sitting area is outside each room. There is no bar here and the restaurant does not open till 8 pm. the reception can provide wine or coffee. We bought our own beer and kept in in fridge in room. The staff in the restaurant were not great on understanding or speaking English. There is a huge pool, but everyone is required to wear a swimming hat. We did not go in:(
