This place was perfect for our group of five families! Each couple had their own bathroom, and there was an additional bathroom downstairs for the kids, which made everything so convenient. The large washer and dryer were a huge plus, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the outdoor space was great for relaxing and spending time together. From start to finish, we could not have had a better experience. We would absolutely rent this property again if we return to Cooperstown!

Everything was brand new and clean. Comfortably slept 4 families. Kids had a great time in the pool and having their own bunk room. Great location for Cooperstown Dream Park.

This is one of the best VRBOs that we've stayed in. The property was absolutely beautiful and spacious. We love the open concept of the kitchen, dining and living areas. The pool and basketball court were great for the kids.The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Our families had the best time and we couldnt have asked for anything better. Mahalo for having us!

This is a great place to stay with a few families if you are headed to Dreams Park! It is a short drive to the fields and downtown Cooperstown, has master suites for all families, is clean and spacious, and has very responsive hosts. Our week there was perfect!

Impressive!

From booking, to check-in, to check-out, it was all seemless! The home is beautiful, clean and well thought out. The heated pool, fire pit, basketball court and playing field were perfect for our son and his baseball friends. The interior has upgraded touches that were unexpected for a rental property. Highly recommend this home!

Our stay at The Monarch was amazing! The house is new and very clean. Set up is perfect for any large groups with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Location is great with it being less than 10 minutes to Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. Pool is a nice feature for any kids staying with you and the general amenities cover everything you would need. We were here for Dreams Parks and stayed with 4 other families and I would highly recommend The Monarch for that purpose. Owners communicated well and everything went exactly as planned! You will enjoy your stay if you select this property.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and basketball court were perfect for the kids. Rooms are perfect with them each having their own bath. Wish they had a few more dishes and pots and pans considering how many people the house can fit but that’s a small thing. Only other minor complaint would be the water pressure in the kitchen sink and bathroom showers is low so be prepared for that. Close to downtown Cooperstown and dreams park if you’re in town for any of those things. Communication with the owners could not be better!!
