Pool and basketball court were perfect for the kids. Rooms are perfect with them each having their own bath. Wish they had a few more dishes and pots and pans considering how many people the house can fit but that’s a small thing. Only other minor complaint would be the water pressure in the kitchen sink and bathroom showers is low so be prepared for that. Close to downtown Cooperstown and dreams park if you’re in town for any of those things. Communication with the owners could not be better!! ##### Chad J. Set up is perfect for any large groups with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Location is great with it being less than 10 minutes to Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. Pool is a nice feature for any kids staying with you and the general amenities cover everything you would need. We were here for Dreams Parks and stayed with 4 other families and I would highly recommend The Monarch for that purpose. Owners communicated well and everything went exactly as planned!
