The bathroom was a great size and clean. Lastly the location was perfect we walked everywhere from the Ponte Vecchio to the Duomo all the way to Academia with to see the David. If I find myself back in Florence I will definitely stay here. The location is perfect and was a great base for visiting Florence. There was a grocery store within a few blocks and restaurants and cafes very close by. The location couldn't have been better, pretty quiet and central to all the sights. Pros: Comfortable and clean; easy walk from train station; easy communication with owner and assistant. We could not access GPS with in the city limits so important you locate on local map before driving into city. Parking garage was also convenient. Adorable and homey apartment a very short walking distance from many major points of interest. Clean space and friendly, helpful host with great tips on getting the best gelato. Everything Florence has to offer is easy walking distance from this lovely flat. We loved being so close to so much history and culture. The flat was clean and comfortable. A couple things to note. The stairs leading to it are steep and potentially slippery. This is a historic building, wonderfully updated but still has some old world features. We had plenty of space, the washer was very handy, and the beds and air conditioning were fantastic after all the walking we did.
